Streblote cristata : ウィキペディア英語版 | Streblote cristata
''Streblote cristata'' is a species of moth in the family Lasiocampidae,〔Myers, P., R. Espinosa, C. S. Parr, T. Jones, G. S. Hammond, and T. A. Dewey. 2013. The Animal Diversity Web (online). Accessed at http://animaldiversity.org〕 the so-called eggars, snout moths or lappet moths. ''Streblote cristata'' occurs in the fynbos of the far South Western Cape Province of South Africa, where it has been observed on fynbos species such as members of the ''Podalyria'' and ''Erica'' genera. It also has been found on domestic thyme. Such a varied range of food plants, but without much tendency for any single larva to migrate to a different species during its development, is common among the Lasiocampidae. ==References==
